IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our operations during COVID-19 Restrictions To view FAQs, please click here As a valued customer, we wanted to take this opportunity to update you on our business actions at this time. To date and in line with instructions from UK Government, Hyundai Motor UK and its Dealer Partners have taken all necessary measures to ensure we act in the best interests of our country. We have followed all guidance provided by Public Health England, implementing measures to minimise the risk of infection across our business network, which included closing our head office, asking employees to work from home wherever possible and ensuring that all guidance related to hygiene, self-isolation and social distancing has been practiced. All our dealerships closed their doors to new and used vehicle sales. However, some service centres did remain open to ensure the ongoing service, repair and MOT of emergency, key worker and essential service vehicles. We have implemented changes to our warranty and service schedules, have measures in place to assist with vehicle and service plan payments, implemented contactless payment and updated our online purchasing channel, Click to Buy in order to support our customers during this challenging time. Hyundai and our dealer partners have also done what we can to help in our local communities with the loan of vehicles and the donation of disposable seat cover and gloves amongst other things to support the NHS, key workers and volunteers. From June 1, our dealer showrooms and all service centres in England will be able to reopen, with those in Northern Ireland able to open from June 8. Comprehensive measures have and will be implemented across our dealer network to ensure the safety of our customers and our staff at all times. Please do feel free to contact your local dealership directly if you wish to discuss further.
